My sister has this. She bought it for her family for chirstmas and since then her daughter has lost 9 pounds! I think it must work to some extent. I agree, it is easier to exercise at home. I would love a wii fit too.

I just started doing it yesterday but today I am sore as all get our. I think that it combined with some form of other exercise such as walking or running could really work. I will let you know if it works for me. I know my b/f mom has been doing two weeks and lost like two lbs. which is pretty good as she is doing it to stay flexible and not to actually lose weight. They are really hard to get though we looked for three months and you might have to buy a bundle which is about $139 to even get one then! Goodluck!

I love the idea of this and friends of mine have them and say they do work but there again any form of exercise will get results. I think the Wii is a great idea and if it gets kids up and out of their chairs then brilliant.

I don't have the wii fit, However I think it is fun to do it. I used lots of dvd aerobics and dancing steps which are really fun and very fit, I lost lot of wieght by doing this exercies 4 times weekly and then watch what to eat.
