How to get TV Episods

Hi all Is there any better way to get TV Episodes other than torrents. I used to download all sort of TV episodes from torrent but I have move to a new apartment and I don't have a broad band connection there but i can go online when I'm at office so if there is any better way of getting TV episodes just give your comments plz. regards Bimal
