ive been hearing this word and i count myself one of them. Are you one of us?
Hopeless romantics believe in love and fairy-tales. They dream of roses and candlelight, walking on the beach at sunset, and dancing in the rain. They know that somewhere out there is a knight in shining armour ready to carry them off, or a beautiful princess waiting to be carried off into the sunset. Hopeless romantics believe in true love, and the eternal bliss that comes from being united with one's soulmate is what they crave most.
Hopeless romantics recognize in themselves the ability to love infinitely deeply, and they ache to be loved with the same fervour in return. When a hopeless romantic has someone to lavish their affection on, lavish they do. Hopeless romantics sometimes write love letters full of poetic phrases and send flowers, but mostly they try to find a thousand thoughtful little ways to show their love. They make romance into an art form.

hehe.. somtimes, i am a hopeless romantic.. but my poems are just tagalog. can't find some rhymes in english.. and i always think about something like it.. hehe. i am not like those though..

well, if you just let the words flow its nice if its written from the heart, when you can express through your words. I write poem and i dont stick to rhymes co i dont have much stock words in the english language, though i have not tried making tagalog ones.

wow congratulations for winning the balagtasan though its may be second place but it surely deserved you got. I have never joined such contets that involved poems and the like.
About erna, thats good that she shared with you. I still am not in good mood about the issue. I hated the doing but not the person, wendy even is not willing to talk to her about the issue. We talked to her and asked if she could give up the guy but according to her they are still getting to know each other but to our surprise she confessed about the sin last sunday and made another last monday. i dont know what with her, i dont know what God told her about the issue on her quiet time with the Lord. I pity her but she has done something that ruined our trust to her. the guy is not even a christian but also a killer.
I hope she would prove herself worthy of trust again jing, she made promises, and i told her to do it and not just say it in words.

haha.. i have lots of deposit of words that are rhymed.. and so, even in english. but i hardly could make one. in fact in tagalog, i made a Balagtasan out of it. and we won 2nd place. because what i did was the original , true to life happenings. but the judges were more of the old times. so we did not win.. hmmm. in fact, i made one poem last discipleship conference. and it is in english. i made it out of my stress. it was written in my quiet time material. i will let you see it. it is more of the strguggles of the preparation.. but i have not made about love.. hehe. i will try to.. hmmm

Sometimes, not really.
Okay, secretly, I dream that my boyfriend is dressed up as Spider-Man, and I am his Mary Jane, and he and I are kissing upside down in the rain.
Another one, he is Doctor Doom and I am Sue "Invisible Woman" Richards, and I go to Castle Doom in Latveria to be with Dr. Doom because Reed "Mister Fantastic" Richards is not giving me the time of day. Dr. Doom takes me to his lab, and then things get a little "freaky" if you know what I mean? ;)

In this case, I think I am the one in hopeless romantic circle of life. As result speaks itself, where the outcome is indifferent from what I hope and my proposal begging for love was rejected. The only thing is, I have my high distinction in gaining thing that I felt lost. Lost of valuable energy is the meaning of love thru my own definition.

I am such a hopeless romantic. I make my friends and family sick of my romance sometimes LOL. I also tend to find something romantic in everything my boyfriend does for me. He does so many things for me that I find so wonderful and find ways of how that shows me he loves me dearly.

Hi Zelmarq! Wow, that is the best description of a hopeless romantic making me think I belong in that category. haha..
My husband is a hopeless romantic and I think I am too. I believe in true love which I am very blessed that I have found it in my husband. We both write poems for each other but I can't outdo him because in each poems I wrote for him, he always gives me a copy which he translated into a sculptural form. He is an artist and I guess, that makes him a romantic truly. And I am very happy that he is still the same man that I have fallen in love with from the very start, but much better. I don't write poems anymore but he still do and he write songs for me. He never ceased to amaze me even in very small things. he does not give me diamonds but he sure does take me out in the garden most nights and show me the stars in the sky and tells me that if he can, he will offer them all to me. And he will show me the brightest one and he will tell me that star has my name on it. haha..He is so corny yet he still make me giggle like a girl.
