"Employee does it stands for donkey"

Does employee means donkey in which employee accepts all the commands of the manager and suffers still works or it means to shape the business of the company and take the company to progress and prosper. Wat you think????

Boss is always right and employee has to follow him as a donkey does whether its correct or not. Basic Principle of organisation : 1) Boss is alway right 2) If boss is not right see clause no (a) which again say boss is right. end of the discussion

What interesting feedback im getting. I think I have waked up the feelings of people and they are opening up. Good people. But there are some good things also could you please lets us some good points.

Really after all some body have started the right point. I think this is the correct thinking of a employee who is like me runniing behind the corrot of incentive and not getting any thing again trying to tell myself run hard and this time carrot will be yours but not getting one thing Person(Manager) Having carrot is sitting on your back.

Yes Aamit Carrot is what we want. but its stupid of us to work in this way. we can instead work in a more united way but eliminating the bad things and picking up good things by working in a team. but they say manager is always right. what you think.

Oh yes employee is donkey and incentive is carrot. manager sit on our back and show us the carrot . and we employee become fool and follow the carrot.. enjoy mylotting
