Do you think of discussions and jot them down on paper?

Well yesterday while I was not on here I thought of a few things and jotted them down real quick. I do not start a lot of discussions unless I write them down or I will forget them. I do not mean I actually sit down and write out my discussions but if I think of a subject I write it down before I forget it then when I get on here I use the subject and just let the rest of it flow. I am aways thinking of discussions when I am not on here and if I do not jot it down right then I will forget it. So most of these discussions that I started today were little ideas that I wrote down last night. Do any of you do this? Do you sparaticaly think of stuff that you would like to talk about on here and jot it down for later? It really seems to help me out a lot being as though I have no memory!!! LOL So, anybody else here do this? If you see me start a lot of discussions in one day, like today, just know that it is from the jotting. I do not even know if that is a word. It is my word that I use to describe when I write something down real quick.

Yup! I've definitely done that. I don't always have time to get on and post when I think of a discussion I'd like to raise. I also don't want to just piggyback on other people's discussions by posting only replies, so I do try to come up with some ideas to toss in the ring too LOL I think it's helpful to jot down your ideas or to note things that occur in the day that might make for interesting conversation. All about being organized is how I look at it ;)

I do the same thing.....sometimes I can't think of anything to start...then the next day have ten...so I write them down and space them out...doing one or two a day. Sometimes though I go a while without starting one.

I used to, when I first started mylotting and was really addicted. Mylot was all I thought about, so I kept a pad of paper with me and I would write down ideas I would have them through the day. Eventually I found that no matter what I thought of, someone else had already thought of it before. Now I mainly come here to ask a question that I really need to know an answer to. It really helps. I always find helpful answers here.
