Downandup Worm are you hit?

just in time to bust the bubble of vista is dwn&up autoplay worm...I have already seen three systems crippling with it and the cure I hear is not readily available...or do you know where to get cure for it? areyou hit yet? what do we do when we get hit aside disabling autoplay to prevent being hurt?

download or buy a genuine version of nod32 or kaspersky or mcafee, updaet it & do a complete scan of the system. This is the only solution and also have a firewall installed which will help prevention of any entry of virus. Also have spyware & update it regularly & also do perform a complete scan of the system. Thats is your computer will be protected completely.

Ok let me put it in the other way, if you had all these put up on your system then it would have removed the virus the time when the pen drive was inserted. Anyways just as a precaution from next time make it a habit to hold "shift" button when you insert your pen drive. This will prevent the pen drive from auto-running & then after that scan your PC.

That worm has been around forever. I got it when I was running win 95. It was such a long time ago I forgot hoe I got rid of it.
