Hate paypal's exchange rates? Here's a solution!

Yup, although nobody is accusing anybody of scamming, it is not advised for anybody just to send money online by trust. We must deal with an established and reputable online money exchange system -- so that our funds can be always safe. I got no problem with the current rates of Paypal. Fortunately, in my country, we could direct the flow of Paypal money into a local bank thru a debit card. We must always be careful -- we must not trust easily.
