Tips on what to do after meals

After meals, the following four tips will help your digestion and keep in good health: - Rinse your mouth, - Put your palm on belly and move clockwise 20 rounds, - Walk slowly for a few minutes, and - Listen to music. What do you usually do after meals?

walking around for 10 to 15 minutes..beyond recall i remember that my teacher told me not to sit down afer having meals..because that is the reason why we got lots of fats in our stomach...the best thing we should do..is to relax first with standing position...it helps you digest the food immediately you took.
