I know exercise is good and healthy for you but I just don't like to do any kind of exercise except for swimming. I get into my kick were I think I should exercise more often, so I do sit ups and after a couple days my Back hurts. Then we have this huge exercise bike in the Bedroom so I try that for a couple week "Nothing". For a while I went to the little workout room at my complex and went on the Tret Mill for 15 minutes, that lasted a whole week. I guess "Who needs a flat Belly And tight Buns anyway". Do you exercise?

Just like you I understand the it would be good form me but I don't have the heart to do it. After a few days of exercising i would find myself losing interest on doing the routine. I am thinking of engaging into a sport but them i always tell myself that I don't have the time for it. I think all I need is self discipline to do it and sacrifice. Hope I will do so soon.

I told myself that I was going to start exercising again on my treadmill starting January 1. So far I've used it once. I just really need to get back into the mood again. Once I do I know I'll feel so much better. I think I'll go use it right now.

ha,, i tried to keep fit, but i am not "not-fit". i went to the gym whole year last year and didnt get caught for not paying until last summer. I just dont get it why do we need to pay for using University's gym anyway. so since then i have not been to gym or excercise since the weather is so cold here in Russia. I wanted to do sit up in the room but had no excercie spirit already. I am not fat anyways i just wantteed to get a bit tone. about the back pain i think you need to take a break from every 10 sits up, but i do take a break every 10 sit up and i do it on alternative days. it gives our muscles time to recover. i love threadmile. the only thing i like about gym is i could run on threadmile. but things get boring in gym. that was why I used to jog around beside going to gym. i hope i get my exercise spirit back soon. hehe

My friend should be a part of your daily schedule unless you like you will not get interest in doing it. Doing exercise every day melts your gathered fats and avoids fattiness. So first start getting interest

Yes I did a lot just 4 years ago now I have stopped that risky exercises. But anyway I want to continue the exercises again to make my body fit to the level to perform our own tasks peacefully. It's up to them mindset missybear, people they want to have tight body and fit them self as a different than the others they are doing exercise. It's not an compulsory to do in our life. We are doing it for our body fitness and health can stay in a stream line. It's a catalyst to stay active among all our community. It's varies people to people, nation to nation. Some will do dancing, some will do yoga, some will do aerobics and some will do meditation. All of them are invented by the human being to protect our health keep our mind and sole as active and fresh to perform well in our involvement what ever it may with 100% intention to succeed it well.

Hey missy! AS ususal I'm the same way! What a surprise huh? I start out with my "workout" for a week or so and then I'm done! I can never stick to it for much longer! I just always give up because I just don't like to exercise and I never did! I love to swim, but I don't have access to a pool! So that is the end of that! I had an exercise bike that was doing nothing but taking up space and collecting dust so my boyfriend made me throw it out! So much for that!

Well if you would ask me, i would really like to do some exercise because i think im already having a big belly because of staying lots of time in my work just sitting for almost the whole day. How i wish i could do some exercise at the end of the day but i think i would be too tired to do so after work. So after work i just go home directly and unwind a little because i usaully go out from work very late already. I dont even have time to do something just to sweat a little, i guess all the foods im eating are just being stored in my body and not get burned away,.

All I can say is make sure you are eating right the best is three a day in moderation get plenty of vegetables and grains but keep the portion sizes down, cut down on the snacks in between and ease your way into an exercise routine. Don't exercise daily do it every three days and build up to every other day giving your body some time to adjust and if it hurts take time off to heal when it is healed then return but gradually build up don't tear it down. You asked and so you received, that is the way that I think. I eat twice a day, and work is my exercise, be that home work or work I get paid for. So much to do... Life is interesting.
