Does anyone use magicjack

I have seen magic jack advertised that plugs into your computer and replaces your phoneline. Does anyone use this? Does it work? Can you keep your old phone number.
I tried Vonage and Is magijack good?

My neighbor uses it and really likes it. His old number was his cell phone but he did away with it. He has been using it for about 4 months and has had no problems.
