Every night before I call asleep, each of my cats need to be given attention. I don't have much choice in the matter because they won't let me rest until I have petted and scratched them each for about 5 minutes. It is a nightly ritual that I enjoy because during the day I am at work and not able to spend time with them.

ohh yes. indeed its a ritual u will be enjoying most. i too like to pat and scratch cats. The thing i love about them i s like, they behave like kids who will do and wrap around legs for chocolate. The cats will come in between feet and hug themselves to get more pampered..
