If I have much time to get online, I would manage to respond to discussions no matter how long it has been posted. I think it is also best to respond to old threads or discussions because the possibility of that thread being deleted is very minimal and from that it is helpful to your earnings. Though there are issues that has already been resolved, but since this is a forum site, the longer the discussion goes, the better.

Sometimes I do. It just depends on the topic and whether or not it interests me. There have been occasions where I didn't realize it was an old discussion until after I responded to it. I guess I was so busy reading the discussion that how old it was didn't really matter to me.

I always respond to recent discussions. No use replying older discussion when there is on one to follow up.Imagining see that you are the last user to respond 1 year ago!Wouldn't that be awkward or any other kind of word to describe?Recent discussions are more active and volatile in the sense that there are people posting their viws.

if i interested in the topic, why not? it is better than responding on something that i don't interested in just to make more responses here. and actually, sometimes the "old" posts is better than "today's top" posts..

Not usually. I try to find recent discussions to respond to. I think the more people that respond to them, the better payout there is. So for the sake of the discussion starter I try to help them out :) I do get responses to my discussions a few days later though. This doesn't bother me, but my mind has already moved on to other things so I don't usually put a lot of time into reading them.

Not usually "months ago" ... but, yes, if there is a particularly interesting topic, I'll still respond to it within the week or after a best response has already been chosen. I assume the original poster started it for feedback so, if I have something new to add, I do so. I wouldn't respond just to rehash what has already been said, though :)

If the topic catches my attention, I still leave a comment no matter how long ago it was posted.

Yes, When I can't find any interesting new discussions to respond to I go to my interests and pick one and go through it to find something interesting, or I'll go to the no response ones to respond to some because it sucks when you start a new discussion and nobody replies to it. It's like nobody cares or it's just really that bad!
