Have you ever been too disappointed by friends and betrayals that you almost felt like giving up on having friends at all anymore?

I think there's two reason, first, because yourself, second, because your friends. I hope It's not from you. if it's not because of you, nothing to worry then. there still so many good people out there. just open yourself and you'll find new friends

ditch those friends who constantly upset and betray you, they're not worth your time. i have friends who likes to take me for granted, i don't pay attention to them anymore. concentrate on those who are there for you and makes you happy

Yes I have many times. That is the only reason that I don't have any real true friends anymore is because I gave up trying to keep them. I have only family and the friends I have here at mylot. Safer that way.

I have never had that feeling of wanting to give up completely on having any friends. But there have been people who have betrayed me pretty bad that I just gave up on being friends with them. But I do have wonderful friends who mean a lot to me.

yes just recently but that is irrational, I got rid of the friends that truly were not my friends and I still keep the good ones and I will still find more good friends as life goes on.

Years ago I broke up with my ex b/f when I found out he was cheating on me...with my female friends. I not only dumped him but the friends as well and yes, I was disappointed that ppl I thought were my friends weren't. ~~AT PEACE WITHIN~~ **STAND STRONG AND TRUST IN GOD**

If your being disappointed and betrayed then that person really isn't a friend at all. There are great people out there to be friends with. Don't feel like you have to settle for being treated like that.
