too many puppies

My daughter just sent me picture of 8 large puppies, these are herd dogs, the type that guard the herds. They are very large and not good human dogs, they need to be working with a herd to be happy. So far they have only sold one. I have no idea what they are going to do with these, they eat as much as a great dane. Any suggestions?

My advice would be to put an add in the local newspaper, supermarkets and stores, or if your city has online classifieds. I can understand wanting to get rid of them asap if they are eating that much, but if you take them to a shelter their is a chance if not adopted they may get put down :(
