How Long Do you walk daily?

Well, with the motorization, walking have been reduced. It is good for our body to walk atleast 3 miles a day. I walk 5 km a day cause got to walk a long distance into my college. Just post how many miles or Km you walk ion a daily basis??/

mmmm...roughly around 5 kilometers a day. even if i ride mass public transport the jammed pack streets of Metro Manila makes my day worst, often times coming to my classes and work 5 to 10 minutes late especially during Mondays.

it all depends. at college i always ride a bike, seldom walk. however, at weekends, i like walking to the supermaket to buy something. taking a walk after dinner is good for health. so during summer holiday when i at home, i always walk a long distance after dinner with my parent. happy mylotting

I dont walk soo much and i am gaining weight as well earlier i was not serious about walk or exercise or weight loss but now i have planned my 2009 year as a fitness year. I have studied somewhere that a healthy person have to walk about 3 to 4 miles a day. Now i will go for walk and exercise regularly.

I have a dog that lives in a small one bedroom apartment, so I take her out walking every single day rain or shine! She gets two walks a day. Most days I only walk her once though, because my boyfriend takes her on a walk in the evening. But some days I walk her both times or we walk her together. I'm not sure how far we walk, but it's about a half an hour walk. Then once or twice a week I take her to the park and we walk and walk and walk for several miles!

You know, I've never stopped to ask myself how much I walk each day. It's funny because my walking consists of going from my apartment to my car, from the parking at work to my office desk, from my office desk to my car again, and from my car to my apartment. Of course, there's the distance from my office desk to the bathroom. So I would say I walk about 200 meters a day. That's not good, right?

even doctor suggest us to walk. Walking help to reduce body weight. Walking also increases blood circulation. Even walking act as a face glower. But I walk only 2 kms per day

I walk a lot every day because I walk my dog a lot. I take him on a 40 minute walk every morning and i take him on 3-4 other walks through out the day. I walk around 7-8 miles a day probably. I also go for a jog sometimes. I jogged tonight. I like walking. it really helps me with stress and gives me that alone time away from everything. it's really good for the heart too.

5 km in day ? Wow that's good, I walk in boulevard but not all the morning since there are time I wouldn't get up for reasons that I might have really get tired in the other day hence, I would wake up late. Walking is indeed a good way for our bodies especially for the heart and lungs.

I walk a lot I would say I walk probably about 10 miles a day. I love to walk I do it for health reasons and it helps with weight lose also. I think more people should walk to be healthy. I am the only person I see out on the street walking everyone prefers to drive. I think we could avoid a lot of health problems if everyone just walked.
