I got this movie out the other night on dvd as I heard it was good. Surely enough it was excellent, really action packed. I have always admired Liam Neeson as an actor but I havn't seen him in such an action involved role before. For those who havn't heard of "Taken", Liam Neeson plays a retired government secret agent, and his daughter gets kidnapped in france to be used for human trafficing. He uses his "skills" to get her back. He is really kick-butt in this role, you really wouldn't want to mess with him lol. Has anyone else seen it?

I have seen it and I loved it. The action was awesome! He kills everyone pretty much lol. There is no comparison so far to any other movies out thus far in 09. I was worried there for a bit though I wasn't sure if the daughter was going to make it or not!

Oh my! I know. I was watching this the other night and the longer the movie went on the more I was getting concerned I wouldn't see a happy ending. I had a feeling he'd mess everyone up but I was really starting to wonder if he was ever going to find his daughter!

Best action film I've seen in years.
I suggest you to watch uncut version because they cut some scenes for cinema to make it PG-13. Like the electric chair interrogation.

it's all action thru ought the movie. i loved it. it's like james bond without the gigolo side. hehehe. i loved the action sequences too. it's thrilling!

No, I havent seen it but I saw him being interviewed on a morning show and it looked like a pretty good movie. He's a good actor and I enjoy his work. I think that he is
good in parts where he plays a very sincere individual and is dedicated to his job. I like him in most of the films he is in.
