You can not call any PC the best, until you check it according to the needs. You should first figure out what you want to do with your computer, and then you should go for a computer according to the needs.

To buy cheapest PC, you can buy different PC parts such as RAM, CPU, HDD, etc separately from different sellers, and assemble them together yourself. You can find cheap parts if you buy online from ebay or amazon, etc. If you dont know how to assemble PC parts, you can take them to local shop to get them assembled for you. Now as for the best PC, there are too fast PCs also available that will cost a lot to you but ofcourse will fly. How muc fast PC you need depends on your requirements. If you are a typical home-user and use internet, some games, Ms Office, etc, and at the same time you have plenty spare money to spend on a good PC, you can go for Dual Core CPU with 1GB RAM. The other parts like CD/DVD Drive, etc doesnt contribute much towards Pc performance. Intel CPU are better than AMD but a bit expensive. You can also buy AMD to save some money , it is not too bad brand for CPU .

for u the fast and furiastic computer is the hp computer it will work at good speed at the configuration of the 2GB ram and 160 GB hard disk and the dualcore processor.these are enough for better computer.
