Swallow a tablet

January 29, 2009 2:50am CST
I wish to take Vitamin B Complex for 3 weeks to see if it helps with a problem I am having. I have a 3 week supply of Vitamin B Complex capules which are green in colour and soft. I have to swallow 1 capsule per day but I cannot do it, when I try with water, the capsule just ends up in my glass, or my tongue gets in the way. I just wanted to know if you have any tips on swallowing a tablet? If not, if I split the tablet apart and just eat the gunk inside, would this provide me with the same benefits as swallowing? Thanks

If it's liquid or powder you can open them and put it into a glass of juice to cover the taste. B-vitamins don't smell or taste very good so drink it quickly!

It's neither powder or liquid, it's a thick paste/goo/gunk. Can I still put this into liquid?

All I can tell you to do it try it and see if it will dissolve into juice. As long as the "gunk" isn't in an oil base it should mix just fine.
