Weight Loss Ideas??

Since the beginning of the year, I have been making a concerted effort to lose weight. I am exercising more, and I have stopped using sugar for my coffee. I have also switched to diet soda pop instead of the regular stuff. My efforts are starting to pay off. I decided to step on the scal yesterday, and I have actuallu lost a little weight. Does anyone have any ideas on how I can speed up my weight loss safely??

A few of us at work decided just today that we will Tuesdays and Thursdays to work out. I know it isn't as often as is recommended, but it is a start. I'm not looking to lose weight so much as to help my knee feel less "creaky".

check if it is heriditry....if not if u do work sitting whole day then start exercising...avoid snacks...fast food ...eat lot of vegetables, friut, and some times meat....start jogging atleast for 2 hrs daily....make it a habit and u wiil find loosing weight in 2 months that my challenge....and remember be active all the times

jump rope and jump rope and jump rope some more lol lol lol I am a big gal and I have lost some weight in the last few months and I really dint start loseing the weight intill I started jumping rope its great work out and its fun! good luck and congrats o btw tuna well really any real fish is good for you eggs and such Protein is great for a diet it you work out!

I usually exercise every morning and it works tho,I dont believe with diet soda, or not using sugar in coffee, diet sugar either because it all just a cheat. I just eat healthy, more vegetable and drink orange juice instead of soda. Tell you the truth, I use a lot of sugar in my coffee, cuz I love sweet stuff. I could eat a whole pie by myself or big bear clause. I weight 108lbs, I have to two kids and wear size 00. How I do it? just eat healthy, dont drink too much soda, not even diet soda. Exercise more and if you really want to see the resolve, then dont eat dinner after 7pm, if you want to eat dinner then dont eat too much. I hope it helps.
