do you ever think about how you are alive?

Sometimes when I'm at school (and honestly not paying attention at all, haha) I look at my hand and move it around and realize that I am a living person. I'm thinking and I'm only going to be alive for a short while in the history of time. Does everyone have these kind of moments? Sometimes I wonder if every feels, tastes, sees, and hears things the way I do, or is everyone completely different.
