Irritated, Depressed, or Angry - - Coffee or Tea or Wine?

If you are irritated, depressed, or angry - - do you sip a cup of coffee or tea or wine? Or are you the kind who shouts out loud and doing so, gives you a better feeling? What do you do when you are irritated, depressed, or angry? I am the type who just laughs out loud things - - yes, even in anger, irritation, or depression. I find somebody to just hang out with. Everybody thinks I'm happy and problems seems to not pass me by. LOL. I say, ohh, no! I am not as happy as you think. Being in my lowest energy mode or being negative about my situation and putting in the emotions to heighten my situation will not help at all and will not even make the situation better so, why would I make it worst? Yes, I hang around when feeling angry, stressed, depressed, or irritated. I find some bar, cafe or restaurant to take some glass of wine or a cup of tea and meet new friends. It's my hide away, how about you?

Hi jeanniemay! I do think that all of us has our own way in releasing those strong emotions. It is good that you can release them through whatever you think is best for you..as long as you release them and as long as your ways are not destructive to you or others..then I think you are doing fine! I sometimes laugh hard and kinda loud when I am happy. If I am happy, it will really show! haha..But when I am angry, I really get quiet..I usually just want to be left alone in my room or will find a place where I can be alone..I usually release my anger through tears and prayers. But to be honest with you, when i am angry..I sometimes want to be baaaaaaaaaad and kick some ***! lol.. Take care and blessings to you dear friend! lovelots..faith

if i am irritated,depressed or angry i dont drink anything.i just cried and get out of the house to calm me down

I've never really been a shouter lol. It takes a whooooooole lot of 'button pushing' before I get to that point. When I get angry, depressed, etc, I usually make myself a nice hot cup of tea and turn on a comedy movie and chill for a while, or I'll take my tea and have a nice long hot bubble bath lol. I think by choosing laughter it can take those feelings away faster and get a person more grounded. Laughter helps take the stress of a situation away. When I was going through my cancer therapies, I joined in a program that advocated laughter as a way of helping healing. I think it was called 'laugh therapy' or something like that. Anyways, I do believe laughter, even in a bad situation, helps take the stress away and does help with depression, anger, and every other negative emotion.

When I am angry or irritated, I clean. I don't know why but I always end up cleaning. If I'm stressed I always find a hot relaxing bath makes me feel better and then I go straight to bed. If I'm depressed I eat LOL not good but I do.

if i am depressed or angry or gets irritation , i will prefer to take tea only as it give some releif to me and i control my emmotion . and it can give good sleep to me.
