Depression is a word often seen these days. When the objective surroundings are leaving negative impressions on us, and cannot be offset by positive attitude, we are likely to be overwhelmed by depression. To avoid depression, i would chose an optimistic attitude, and try to think in different perspectives. Maybe in this way, we are better in a position to ignite effective and creative thinkings to get out of depression. Diverting activities are also helpers to relieve from depression, so that we can gather our wisdom and energy to head for a rosy future. Life is tough, we have to be tougher to get over.

"Depression can be caused by trauma, personality disorder, stress, and even a defect in your brain development." quoted from internet.
