i made chocolate mousse a while ago. i got the recipe from a particular website. its really easy to make, affordable and delicious.

cheesecake - refreshing and smooth
Chocolate mousse, mmm I love it, We made (kids helped:))lemon cheesecake, They had lots of fun making it, I think as there was more for them to do, normally they only help with chocolate brownies or pancakes (too much cleaning there.....when they miss the toss:) ) The cheesecake was lovely and refreshing....even on this very cold day.

i never make deserts i hardly cook or make anything lol. i ate a chocolate mousse yougurt though hehe.. whats the recipe for it? i would like to know.. i'll pass it on to my sister to make it lol

1 tsp. unflavored gelatin 1 tablespoon cold water 2 tablespoon boiling water 1/2 cup white sugar 1/4 cup cocoa powder 1 cup heavy cream, chilled 1 tsp. vanilla extract mix water and gelatin, set aside. mix cocoa powder, cream, sugar, vanilla extract, then mix until all the ingredients are well mixed up. then add the gelatin solution. refrigerate for 30 mins. enjoy!

I made a clemintine cake the other day. It was really good. you take the clemintines with the peel and simmer them for two hours. Then you put them in the food processor add ground up almond, eggs and sugar blend well and bake. It's a nice moist cake. Add some whipped topping and have a feast.

I made peach cobbler last week. We bake cookies about 3 times a week but outside of that, the peach cobbler.

I made some peanut butter balls last weekend. They call them buckeyes. They are actually more of a candy than a cookie but they are pretty good. I think I am going to make some brownies tomorrow. They will be the dessert for my superbowl supper. I love brownies and they are so easy to make.

i made two pecan pies for a friend of mine who was having company, she thinks i make good ones. i haven't made anything for myself since my kids were here for christmas. i don't need it.
