How do we send a private e-mail to MyLot? I really need to get in touch.

I have many times tried to send a e-mail concerning my account which I could never get into, so I made another one..it worked for a while, then that too conked out and I lost my earnings.
I bought a new pc and am registered again..finally was able to get in..but I read the faq and we cannot have more than one account, so am afraid that maybe I will get conked out.
I tried everywhere looking in here to be able to send them a message directly to explain what happened so they can look into the whole situation and rectify the whole problem.
I went on Yahoo and lo and behold there was IMMIGRATION SOLUTION I first had ..so I clicked on it and it brought me directly into my new one DancingRedFeather..wowow..was I surprised.
So I searched again and no e-mail to be found to write to them directly.
Can anyone help me out? It's truly frustrating as I also had a whole lot of great friends which I can't contact as I'm not immigration solution..but curiously..Immigration Solution still exists even though I could never get back in.

From what you said it seems that mylot already knows the problem since they linked your old account with your new one. There has been a lot of people whose profile has gone blank here lately. At first I thought that they had all been banned for some reason or other but as some of them came back I'm thinking it was an internal problem. All I know is it makes it hard to keep the players straight. Actually at the bottom of every page is a contact link. Look for it among the other links about TOS and FAQs and Guidelines.
