Do you eat cereal regularly?

Cereal is a kind of coarse grain, rich in dietary fiber and vitamin B. Dietary fiber can prevent from constipation, and Vitamin B helps to avoid hair drop, or vomiting for lack of B, and helps detoxication of liver, therefore, eating cereal is very nutricious for health. Do you regularly eat cereal?

I do eat cereal regularly but lately I have been eating it more then just regular! I have at least 25 boxes of cereal that I am the only one eating in my house so I figure I need to eat it as much as possible to get it eaten up as its taking up a very lot of room on our kitchen shelf. We get it from wic and my daughter used to eat it all the time but we figured out that most of the cereals have rice flour as an ingredient and it was causing her to have severe constipation. My son has the same reaction with it so now we are stuck with all this cereal that they cannot eat. My husband doesnt like it so I have to eat it all up. I don't want to just get rid of it because I don't like to waste things so I have been eating it like twice a day about a bag a day is what I am hoping for so that way I will have the amount reduced in no time!

I don't often eat breakfast which I should but later on in the day I like to have some cereal. I like raisin bran, cheerios, rice krispies, and oatmeal crisp. There are many kinds I like really. But I don't like to get the sugar ones though. I give my children cereal most mornings and try to buy ones that have high fiber and lower sugar.

Yes, I eat cereal but not in a regular basis because cereal is quite expensive in the Philippine market. It is not our basic food because we are more on rice,so eating cereal here is quite a luxury. My favorites are oats and cornflakes and I always put milk everytime I eat them. Cereals ares super delicious and nutritious that's why no matter how tight my budget is, I always bought cereal once a week to augment the lacking nutrients by commercial rice.

I eat oats regularly.It has dietary fibres ..lowers cholestrol,reduces sugar level of diabatics,reduces the risk of artherosclerosis and heart diseases.Its also source of proteins,minerals like magnesiun ,selenium etc and antioxidants too.We regularly have chappatis for breakfast which is made of wheat wholegrain flour.It has its own benefits like being a good source of proteins, B complex,iron, calcium.So you see every day my family gets the cereals they require.

no i don't but when we were kids we used to eat cereals in the morning with milk on it. but now, i haven't eaten any cereal. I will be buying cereal for my kids. they would love to eat that too...

Yes, in our house we eat cereal. We call it Dalia. It is eaten both with milk and salt. My father-in-law eats it regularly, but other members of the family eat it occasionally.You have rightly mentioned the benefits of eating cereals.

We eat cereal everyday in our house. Whether it is hot cereal or cold cereal, we eat some type each day. I personally like whole grain or bran cereals, but once in a while enjoy something with a little more flavor. I often times like to add bananas to my cold cereal. If I have oatmeal, I always fix a slice of toast and a poached egg, and drink my coffee with it.

I usually eat cereal every day. Most times I have it for breakfast but sometimes I eat it in the afternoon and I even eat it for dinner once in awhile. I like to eat lots of different kinds and some of it really isn't that good for me I would guess. But what can you do, every now and then you need a big bowl of Fruity Pebbles.

I love cereal. I like the cinnimon toast crunch brand...mmmmm.I like others too but I don't have as much of an intake as I would like. I normally ship breakfast. I need to start trying to fit it in.

Hello there zhu!:) I usually eat cereals specifically quakers in the morning before going to work or before going to class at 4pm in the afternoon. Just like you, I do believe that it is a healthy food. Aside from that, it is really delicious! Now i'm hungry ahahaha!

I do not eat cereals everyday.But as much as possible,i try to eat cereals every week.Sometimes im not in the mood to eat cereals.But since i want to slim down a bit now,i eat cereals more often.they said that cereal can help you in your regular bowel movement.It also helps lower the cholesterol in your body.It's better to include cereal in your daily diet.Theres are many kinds of cereal foods. I like nesvita cereal drink,corn flakes and oats.
