How much did THE HAPPENING suck?

So me and my boyfriend watched 'The Happening' last night. Seriously, how much does that movie suck? I love Mark Wahlberg, but he should stick to being a bad a** because I could not take him seriously through out this whole movie. It just seemed like a big global warming propaganda thing. What I would like to know is, where the heck did the plants hold the conference where they decided to kill the humans? Zoey Deschanel was strange in this movie as well and I love her! And the ending... really? I mean, what? Was there even an ending?

i think it was good how it was like made and everything coz it gets you think whats happening but personally i wouldnt of gone the cinema to watch it i watched it on SKY :P

Me and my two friends went to go see it just to see how stupid it would be. When we got their the waiter came by and told us not to expect much from this movie and we all laughed and said that's exactly why we came to see it. We couldn't stop laughing at all of the parts that were supposed to be serious, especially when the kid got shot by the shotgun. The entire movie was just stupid, and when it got to the end with the whole global warming message we booed and others joined in. It was just THE worst movie i've ever seen.

I never saw this movie and it didnt look to good when I saw the previews for it. And im not that big of a mark whalberg fan I find him incredibly boring to watch so I had no intrest to see this movie. And now that I read the reviews Ill probally never see this movie.
