I know how you feel. There are some mornings, when I wake tired. It's morning here and I just woke up. I have to admit that this is one of those mornings. For some reason, even though I had a good nights sleep, I'm still somewhat tired. It doesn't happen every morning, fortunately, but it seems to happen fairly often.

yeah I feel that too. Even if I sleep for like 8 hours straight, I still feel sloppy in the morning

Feeling tired after waking up is not a healthy sign. One must feel very fresh and energetic as soon as waking up. Drinking Tumbler of warm milk while going to bed will be very useful to chase the tiredness in the morning.

Hello debshie, Like you when i woke up my body falls to the bed again. Hahaha, You know the feeling that your bed is attracting your body to go to sleep again. Hahaha, i think its part and it is just a natural way of waking up early in the morning. I always feel lazy when its morning!! why is that so? hahaha Good day!

No i don't feel tired after just woke up. Though i am so lazy to get up early in the morning. I think you feel tired as you don't sleep enough. Because when people don't sleep enough then they feel tired mentally and physically so you should check how many hours you do sleep and are you sleep comfortably. And drink more water when you getup then will not feel tired. So good luck!

There were times that I feel so tired right after waking up. Maybe because I haven't got enough sleep to rejuvenate my body and my senses or sometimes, I notice that if I get bad dreams, I feel tired waking up. Maybe, it's one way of saying that our body still isn't satisfied with the amount of sleep we got the night before. Usually, if I have been stressed for the past week and have been staying up late almost every night, I still feel tired waking up. So what I can give you as a piece of advice is to at least have 7 hours of sleep everyday. Maybe that could help.

I've felt like that before. There could be a few reasons you still feel tired. If you wake up in the middle of a REM cycle you'll feel tired (as opposed to waking up after completing a cycle, but you can't always help that). Not getting enough sleep, stress, or sometimes even getting too much sleep. You may also be anemic or something - try adding vitamins and minerals (especially more iron) to your diet.

i can only feel tired after waking when my sleep is not enough. I used to sleep 8 hours daily, but when i try to cut it by 6 hours, i can easily feel my body so heavy and easily tired so i would still go for a short nap later on just to compensate the remaining 2 hours.
