Are you satisfied with your star rating right now? Does it really matter to you or do you strive to make sure that you get a higher rating each time you log on to myLot?

How do you earn a star? Why are the star ratings for?

This is really sad since some people just want to get other to get a lower rating. In a way it's great with rating, but on the other hand poeple that have a bit harder to express themselves due to language or other things can have a hard time getting higher in rating. As I said I'm happy that I have reached 7 since I know my skills in English isn't that high. Good luck juveriam on getting to 100 posts!

the star doesn't make any difference to me, too many people have been trolls and have viciously given people bad ratings for no reason at all.

I'm satisfied with my star rating, but it doesn't really matter anymore if it gets low or high. As long as it stays in the blue range. I hope others won't rate me negative to maintain my rating within the range.

I have no clue how it works ;) but I'm glad I have a rating - if I did not I guess it would be me being a total "looser" when it comes to respond in discussions. I don't believe that a person with a star with 4 is less worth reading or responding to than a person with 10. I'm pleased to have a 7 at the moment since I've only been active here since January 30 (and not during the weekend). I was surprised I had gotten 7 today since I only had 4 yesterday.

Star rating does not really mean anything to me, actually I do not even know if it changed today, probably not, I know that it was close the last time I checked though. I am not going to go out on a limb just to change my star graphic, either people like what I say, or they just don't... I am not going to change my style just to please everyone else haha.

I don't know why, but I like having that little star by my name. Does it mean anything to anyone else but me, I doubt it. But I feel like I have achieved a little something here. It does give me a bit of incentive to keep posting and trying to make them quality posts. I would like to think that it earnings increased as the star number did, but I don't think so. It's more for my own self-satisfaction.

Every time I log on I try to make my star rating go up. I take everything I do very seriously and I want to do the best in all my endeavors. I believe I can do it if I work hard and put the effort in.
