I definitely would order an iced tea any time before I would some kind of juice. Iced tea to me has a much cleaner and crisp taste than many juices which are often times too sweet. I think it is also healthier for me because it does not have any sugar in it as a lot of juices do. Iced tea many not have as much vitamins as you can get from drinking juice but the taste of iced tea outweighs the health aspects of juice, and has some health aspects of its own.

I prefer iced tea because for me it is more delicious than fruit juices although when iced tea is not present then I won't hesitate drinking fruit juice or milo.

I like both, but I prefer to drink iced tea than fruit juice, like you said, it is more satisfying even though fruit juice has more vitamins.

If the fruit juice is fresh from the fruit, then I will choose it over the iced tea. But if the fruit juice is also a preserved one as juice or as powder, then I will prefer the iced tea. It takes less preservatives to preserve tea leaves than an equal volume or quantity of fruit juice or powder.

I prefer fruit juice. I drink iced tea, but I don't really understand it. It's extremely popular in the south, especially "sweet tea". I much prefer my iced tea with a bit of lemon, and not over-powered by sugar. I'll take a cold glass of apple cider (or any juice really) over iced tea any day.

Given a choice, I'd choose fresh fruit juice over iced tea. Maybe I'd choose tea only if it is green tea.

I'm not a big tea drinker but I do like Lipton Ice Tea in the cans. Otherwise I prefer either fruit juice or tomato juice. ~~AT PEACE WITHIN~~ **STAND STRONG IN YOUR BELIEFS**

i prefer fruit juice because it's not only tasty but also more nutrient. it contains various kinds of vitamins and dietary fibre. but not all people can drink fruit juice. those who suffer from diabetes had better drink tea. and also those who hope to lose weight shouldn't drink too much fruit juice.

both is fine for me. But i normally drink iced tea. Because tea helps in detoxing? Well at least i psycho myself in believing that i'm emulsifying some fats.

I like juice a lot better than tea, generally. Sometimes though, you just crave the caffeine and antioxidants and such of tea.

I prefer simple fruit juice specially if its fresh and not instant powder juice that you will put water on it. I like fresh juices even for iced tea. My wife makes pitchers of fresh juices everyday. That is already in our daily diet. I do not like artificial flavors of juices so my wife and I prefers fresh.

Hi jlamela, I prefer to take tea all the time and seldom take iced tea. Actually what I love the most is hot coffee and I would like to take at least a cup of it daily. I take hot Chinese black tea when having breakfast and hope that the black tea could get rid of the waste from my body. I was told that to take black tea or English tea in the morning is good for our health. Since then I shift to take hot coffee in the evening I like to take fresh fruit more than to take fruit juice all the time and this is why I seldom take fruit juice unless fruit juice is available only in the food stall where I have my food. Happy posting and have a nice day.

I do enjoy the iced tea although I must have a couple of different fruit juices during the day also. The iced tea will not have in it what the body really requires and probably has a lot of sugar in it also. The juices are an essential for good body nutrition. Crocket.
