Rice... Fine or Coarse?

I take the fine rice.We call it Ponni rice.Once I get used to one kind of rice I find it difficult to switch over to a different type.

i prefer for fine rice only and i will take if the rice is pure white colour only. i don;t like course rice . and don;t prefer to eat. sometimes i will take course rice for making dosa batter and idli batter ,if rice ravva is not available. with fine rice only i will make any recipes i want ,ordinary cooked rice or for biryani specials.

Hi dear mitraa, how are you? I like fine rice. Here in my country we eat rice every day and it is fine rice. We call it needle rice and it have a long grain and fine. Sometimes I use the coarse rice to do pudding rice because when you boil it it becomes creamy. But for meal only fine rice. Have a good day friend.

I use to take the fine rice only. Because, I am not well with the coarse rice. It make my stomach upset for a while. And thats why I am taking the fine rice only.

I have coarse rice and that applies to all th people around here..

hi mitraa, my dear frend, i love rice and i can have it in all my meals. just now also i have prepared rice, steamed rice with sprouts and mixed veg. raita and chappati is also there. i love ciurd and my eleven month oldie also love to have it. i love her watching eating curd with me and she enjoys it with rice like me. i also give her flavoured youghurt with steamed rice. she like it a lot. she love to have rice and curd in her meals just like me.
