How much do you think that you could depend on someone if you found yourself down and out one day with nowhere to turn? Do you think that there are friends out there for you that you know there is not doubt they will help you?

You know what, this question troubles me lots of time. And now i've found a solution to this. Whenever you expect help from a friend, make sure you have helped him or her first. Of course, he might help you out of good will even if you haven't done anything for him in the past but there is a case that he might not even. But if you have helped anyone before then i'm sure that person will help you in your time of need. So help all your friends in all the ways you can. And if anyone asks for help and you cannot do anything for him, make sure you tell him that you cannot help them. Don't just ignore cause you cannot help. Help others to help yourself...

I used to think that i would never have any one who could come to my rescue at the times of need. A few years ago i was made to believe and continue till this day that there is always someone out there to you when in need. You just need to be good to people and they will stand by you in your testing times even when you do not ask them directly. And where i am today and on my feet is a testimony to this.

I depend on only myself. There have been a few times when things were just so bad that I needed a helping hand up and then my friends were there. I haven't many friends but the ones I have are like jewels. I will help them, they will help me but we never ask unless things are desperate. And we always return the favor.

I am very pleased to say that I do have a friend like this, and we have both called on each other in desparate times of need and at all hours of the day or night. She and I have been best friends since our senior year of high school, nearly eight years now. I'm actually going to be Maid-of-Honor at her wedding. It's very nice and reassuring to know that I have a great friend like that and that I can be a great friend to her.
