I do go to thrift stores from time to time, you can find some really nice things there for a decent price. WIth a little reinvating, it looks like new.

My favorite place to shop is the thrift stores. I found material for projects I am working on for $2.00. From that purchase alone I will get 10 gifts out of the material! The Goodwill Store keeps my husband dressed for fashion. I also find good used toys for the grandkids.

I just started to shop a couple of times just like 3 years ago. I never knew what I was missing. You can find so many nice clothes there. I went to one that had a lot of vintage and I just loved to look at them.

I do. I love it because I can find good clothes for my daughter and me. Plus, we are on a really tight budget and right now I am pregnant with #2 and I need some new maternity jeans.

I love thrift stores. They are great to shop in when you 3 kids and on a very tight budget. It is hard to shop there for myself tho because I am over weight and they dont get many clothes in my size. So I have no choice but to go to Walmart or shop online, which is fine with me cause when I shop online I shop in the clearance section.

Sure. I don't have a lot of money and I'm cheap, anyway. Plus, you can find surprises at thrift stores. I've found some very nice clothes at thrift stores, and they don't cost much.

I do too. There is this one chain of thrift stores in my area that have bargains throughout the week. Monday's is very popular. It's half off everything in the store! It's already a thrift store, yet they can still have this kind of bargain. It's just great!

What exactly is a thrift store? I've seen a few posts asking if people shop there etc. Is it just a really cheap shop?

Wow. I LOVE love love thrift stores. Eventually I will own my own. I have shopped in thrift stores as long as I can remember, and pretty much all my daughter's clothes came from thrift stores or yardsales!

Oh yes. Most of my clothes come from there. Sometimes you can find good bargins and new things. There is a thrift store here that has 10 cent day.

You never know what you will find in them so I always stop in and see what they have.
