What's your HEIGHT?

I'm 5'6", but I've always envied people who were taller. I never used those cupboards that were above the fridge in most houses because I couldn't reach them without a ladder. I can't use the top shelves of my kitchen cupboards without a ladder and forget about decorating the outside of the tops of the cabinets! There are good things about being short, though. Your head doesn't hit the ceiling of a car like my son's, who is 6'4". You can take a short cut through the door meant for grocery carts. If you want to be invisible in a store, just stand behind a shelf, you don't even have to bend down! Your feet don't hang over the end of the bed, you don't have to scrunch up in a bathtub or duck your head under the shower. There are a LOT of good things about not being tall!

I am the same height as you, but I have never thought of myself as short, it is kind of the average, there are people taller than me, and then there are also people shorter than me. I would never feel insecure about my height, since there does not seem to be anything unusual about it hehe. You should see my boyfriend compared to me haha, he is a tall Swedish man with a height of 6'3", it looks a bit abnormal when we stand next to each other haha, but I really like it. I think short is cute anyway, sometimes I feel bad for women that are too tall!

I'm 5'8". I like my height well enough, though growing up I was teased a little by some of my family on my mom's side. As the majority of them are shorter than I am some of them made fun of my height. It never really bothered me, except for the silly questions like "Is it raining up there?" I'm not that tall! LOL

I'm short too. i'm an inch shorter than you are, smooch. I'm 5"1'. I've never liked the fact that I'm so small. My sister, who is 5 years younger, is taller than I am. Much taller than I am, which also annoys me. It's not easy to be short, since it means that you can be a fairly easy target. It certainly doesn't bring you security.

hello smooch i am 5 foot 8. and yes, i have always been satisfied with my height. and if i were some sort of a high heal shoe or boot, then i look even taller than i am. lol tallness like that runs on my Dad's side of the family. so i guess that i get the tallness like that after my Dad. take care and have a beautiful afternoon.

Well,usually I get comments from my parents and friends that your breadth has not grown as your length.It is commenting on my height only. I am six feet and two inches height but I am a very lean guy. Even to enter into my house I have to bend down.This happen in most of the places.People most often give me comments on my height.I just don't mind those and keep going. But my brother is quite opposite to me.He is very short as like as smooch. Thanks for posting Happy mylotting

..typically, we are small in our countries.. I am 4'11" in height.. chubby..
