What is the longest you have been away from mylot since you joined? A day? A week? A month? A year? The longest I have been away was 2 months after I first joined and 6 days two weeks ago when I was away on a trip.

I have been a member for two days and I have not stopped on it yet... Hopefully it will pay off. I love that you can actually earn money off making these simple post.. I also like to to be able to put my thoughts in to writing ,... after doing it I feel empty - Like I have got it all off my chest!! Im not sure if I will keep at it every day afterwards, but if the money looks to be good then iT WILL BE HARD TO KEEP ME OFF IT

Let me tell you right now that you will not be able to stay for the money because the earnings are very low. Try to enjoy mylot and not focus on the money as much. This will help you stay active more and post higher quality responses and discussions. This should help you earn more without you even noticing. Otherwise, it will be very hard to reach payout. Keep up the good work, and happy mylotting!

I was absent last autumn for a month and when I came back it took me a while to get back regularly. I was away due to something personal offline and it affected my life for some time before I realised the only way to get over it was to get back into the swing of things again. Each time I go to visit my mother in UK I am off while I'm away and that is anything up to two weeks. That might not happen next time though because I hope to have a laptop by then

Yes I read that in your other discussion. Weird I don't intend going anywhere that I know of for the time being and not to worry, those memories will never leave me snam

I think taking a break now and then is good and even necessary. I am glad you could get over it and hope I haven't brought back any bad memories. I would caution you to be careful as the last time I was away for even a few days, my account got frozen. But if you contact mylot, they will fix it.

The longest I have been away from My Lot is two and half weeks because of traveling. Traveling is my favorite hobby. I returned home from my trip to South Africa last month. It is terrible to spend days or weeks away from My Lot. When I am unable to use My Lot I tend to miss My Lot. It is always fantastic to get back on My Lot after I come home from a trip.

I read that you would be away for traveling. By the way, how was that trip to South Africa? I hope it went well. You should really share your experiences in a new discussion. I am sure not many people have been able to visit South Africa and many other places you visit. Hope you had a great trip and welcome back! (I know it is late but oh well..)

That is okay if an offline job keeps you away. It is probably better if you have an offline job especially if you want to earn. Mylot is addicting and I hope you have more free time to come here.

I was away from mylot for around 2 months as well when I first joined. When I looked for ways to earn money online, everything pointed toward mylot, and that is why I came back. Thanks for sharing!

That is too bad that you could not find an internet cafe to log into mylot from. I agree and mylot is a great place for anyone because we do get a lot of different information we would not get anywhere else and we get a lot of different solutions to our problems and answers to our questions.

i have been a member of mylot since 2007. as far as i remember, i have been an active member for most of the times that I became a member. the longest that i was away and not doing mylot was one week when i went to myanmar and in the area that i visited, there was no internet connection. so i was unable to log in and participate in the discussion.

So far, it's only been 3 days when I was out of town, but I might take a little hiatus very soon... like today until who knows? I've grown addicted to myLot since the day I joined. I've been here every day except for those 3 days when I had no internet connection. But, I've been going through a disability nightmare and just spoke to a lawyer yesterday who gave me some potentially devastating news. I have to make a phone call soon to clear something up and may just be so depressed that I'll take a nap for a weeek, or a month. We shall see. But, myLot IS very addicting, to me at least. I love the fact that we make friends, share so much great information, we can vent our frustrations, share our joys and achievements, lean on each other for support when needed, etc. I think it's a lovely family here.

Wow! You are really addicted! Then again, the same can be said for me but I did not start right away but a few months after I joined and I was away on a trip with no internet connection then I got "inactive" so I had to wait a while for mylot to fix that. Thanks for responding and happy mylotting!

Im still new to mylot.com I have only been apart of this website for about two or three weeks now. Since I joined I went and visited family for a weekend and they didnt have the internet. So I spent a weekened away and I missed mylot the whole time. I missed being able to write out how I was feeling about anything I wanted.

I also felt the same way when I could not log in for 2 weeks. I thought I would go crazy until I logged in today to see my account active again.
