Hey maxilimian I think it is common for all men and women. Wearing watch in the hand is not luxurious but it is essential. Some body may term it as fashion point of view but in my opinion the main aim for wearing watch is meant for time management which is most important in your daily life. I regularly use watch on my hand for seeing the time. pkc3000

Well It's depends on people .. if people can see what time is it by the time they need to know, they still can manage their schedule, but using wrist watch i think more easy to see the time, you can do it just by raise your hand Happy my lotting!

Yes, having watch is essential to me when I go out. It is not just for fashion but because I need to know the time. I don't like to end up asking people what is the time each hour. I am always conscious with time because I have a lot to do and I have to divide my time. So it is necessary that I look at my watch always.

Hey max! I always go out with a watch on my wrist! I feel lost if I don't have a watch on! I am usually going to an appointment and I don't want to be late so I need to know what time it is. I also take the bus and need to know the time so I can keep to the bus schedule. When I do forget my watch it really messes up everything!

I wear my watch all the time. I'm a time conscious person. We can never turn back time. That's why we should spend it wisely. Being fashionable with wearing a watch is just an additional feature.

time does matter, especially if you are always in a hurry, I'm the type of person who are always on the go and have list of all thing to do checklists, especially if you are meeting the deadlines and meeting persons, time would be very essentials, as time fleet so fast, we should be aware of time, to make us more efficient and organize.

hi maxilimian! well, i used to. i couldn't go out without certain stuff. and taht includes my watch. now it is different. i locked up my jewelry box in the cabinet for safekeeping and i didn't realize that i put my two watches there. now i realized that i didn't have a watch to put on everyday when i go out. but instead of taking it out, i just let it stay there. so i have been without a watch for like two months now. hehe thankfully, i just stay home most of the time. and when i do need to ask for the time, i have my cellphone and it also tells the time,. pretty convenient huh. heheh but speaking of watches, i need to buy a wall clock before i give birth in order to monitor the feeding time of my baby. take care and God bless you! happy mylotting!

I like to put my watch on so that in the day I will know what time it is. It is a swatch with pictures of cats on the strap. When it brakes I will buy another swatch because it is my favorite brand. I bought my mum a swatch for Christmas and she wears it everyday. I have some friends that rarely wear a watch and one of those was given a watch for Christmas.

I guess it is more of a habit rather than a need. Most of the time, I would be wearing my watch when I go out. You never know when you are going to need the time. Even though the handphone has a clock, due to wearing a watch for decades, it s more of a habit to want to look at a watch. Anyways, my watch has been serving me well over the years. There is no reason to get rid of it. So rather than let it sit on the table and collect dust, I wear it. Mostly out of habit. Cos some how, when you go out without your watch, you feel funny. Like a part of you is missing and you just don't feel... erm... complete.

Most of the time I wear a watch, especially when I go to work. Other than meetings & appointments with friends, I prefer not to wear one - I enjoy the luxury of not having to look at the time!

I always used to wear a watch, but stopped because I seem to have a strange effect on them - they always go wrong. Now I always have my phone with me, so I can look at the time on that. I wouldn't mind having one again, but I hate ladies watches because they're too small.

Never. I don't need it.Although I'am working, Using the watch just bothering my concentration. I don't wish ran against time. It's true that I have a deadline target, so I just do all my best and exactly my job often finished before the deadline. More than anything else, when I make some pleasure, I will finish if I want so. Yes Time is money, but using a watch will destroy the "atmosphere" lol

I have not wore a watch since i was a kid in primary school. That was when my mother told me to wear a watch even though i didn't need it- what's a kid to do with a watch. Besides i had a very fixed timetable then and could tell the time by my class periods. After a while i threw my watch aside. Since then i haven't develope the habit of wearing a watch, and definitely do not need it when i had my first handphone. Now i watch the time on my phone and my computer. If i do wear one next time it'll probably be because it looks nice haha. Ya i still see many people with watches, especially the office people, and it feels like they have something important to do when they check their watch.
