What do you like in yours?

I like chicken and lots of cheese and pepper and corn... :D

When I was pregnant for my oldest child, some friends took me out to dinner for my birthday. I ordered the chicken quesadillas, that's the first time I'd ever had chicken in my quesadllas. Well, during that dinner I went into labor, and hours later the quesadillas worked their way back up and out! EWWWW! So because of that experience, I've never been able to eat them with chicken again. We do make quesadillas, usually as a side dish to tacos, but we will have just plain cheese. We make them very simple, some fiesta cheese blend between flour tortillas, and pop it in the microwave for a minute. Then I just dip them in sour cream, yum! But as I said, they're usually a side dish to tacos, or occasionally we'll do a nacho dish with seasoned beef, refried beans, and all the usual taco toppings.

I like a spicy sausage..onions, peppers and lots and lots of cheese. I also make a breakfast one with cheese, scrambled eggs and either bacon or sausage, peppers and onions. I actually prefer the breakfast ones to regular ones.

I like cheese, chicken, salsa. (the pico kind with the chunks of tomatoes.) funny you should ask. That is what I had for lunch yesterday when mu hubby took me out. Qdoba has the best.

Either Chicken and Cheese or Beef and Pork. I love quesadillas though.
