rain is coming

There is nothing better than a nice gentle rain to clear the air. We are also behind in the amount of rain that we usually get. For a while we were getting some rain every day in fact we were supposed to get this week but it has bypassed us for now any way. I enjoy listening to the rain fall on the leaves and hitting the roof especially at night. I also love to listen to thunderstorm. I do jump when an especially sharp sound of thunder rolls by.

I love rainy days especially if I work in the night shift. It's easier for me to sleep during the day. I don't enjoy it if I have to do the laundry during the day and then suddenly it will rain. I hate that! a lot... Here in the Philippines, laundry heaters are not very common we just let our clothes dry under the sun. So it's a big dread for us whenever it rains during laundry day.

No, I don;t enjoy rain very much if it happened everyday. I came from a country where rain is always giving problem to people. The produced flood that carry away the plants of farmers and even houses and other properties. The road is always overflowing when there is rain. But when I came here, I seldom experience rain. And it rains, it will last for a short time and I did not hear any flood or damage by the rain. Sometimes, rain is helpful when it is just enough to water the plants that the type of rain that will produce big floods and casualties. Rain is refreshing when it is a normal rain.

Hey pat! I love rain too! I love it especially in the Spring and Summer months because it makes everything smell so fresh and clean! There is nothing like a nice summer rain! I still love to go outside with no shoes on and walk in the grass! That is still the kid in me I guess! I would love to hear about he Llamas! I think they are so cute! Are they afraid of the rain? They don't like to get wet?

I love rain in the summer. It can be a pain driving on gravel when it's been raining a lot, but the plants go so nuts and it's wonderful to see all the green and growing things.

I love love love the rain. I love listening to it, I like getting wet, if I don't catch a cold later. But the thing I hate about it is when people have to drive in it.

I actually DO like the rain most of the time. I even like a really good thunderstorm once in awhile too. I'm not sure why. If it lasts too many days, then NO I don't like it much. But otherwise, I kind of like the freshness and the cooling effect of a really nice rain.
