the earliest shoes were just designed to protect the feet from rocks, debris and cold.simple design, poor materials,ugly color and etc. nobody can imagine the earthshaking changes about shoes since the mid-20th century. advances in rubber, plastics, synthetic cloth, and industrial adhesives have allowed manufacturers to create shoes that stray considerably from traditional crafting techniques.
as for fashion ladies today, a pair of perfect shoes are much more important than expensive dresses. they can make her feel self-confident as queen.
since there are so many types of footwear, casual shoes, sandals, loafer, boots,slippers and athletic shoes... what about your collection?

I have 2 pairs of trainers (old pair which I wear for dog walks and new pair for everything else) and a pair of smart shoes.

Well.. I probably have about 15, but most I don't wear regularly. I only wear 2 different pairs most days. Also, some of the 15 shoes are pretty old.

I have at least 100 pair. But I loveeeee shoes. I buy them everytime I go shopping, some I haven't even wore, I just bought them because they were cute. LOL. Crazy huh?

Honestly, it has become more of an embarrassment on my part to admit this, but I have more than 60 pairs of shoes. We're not rich or anything, a lot of my shoes have been with me through so many years, but we were brought up to match our shoes with our bags and clothes. I guess we just got that habit from our grandma (who by the way has about 300 pairs). I've been giving away some of mine, especially those that i haven't worn for at least 2 years. I guess you're right about shoes becoming more important than expensive clothes because i always consider the shoes that I have before I even buy a new clothing. ^^

oh, don't be shy for that i believe somebody love shoes must meanwhile love life. a suitable and beautiful pair of shoes will benefit for your whole temperament and you will look more self-confident when dressing them.
on the other hand, a shoe fun has another advantage-----he must be diligent for there are so many shoes to take good care of.

Right now, I only have 5 pairs of shoes. Among them, 2 pairs are leather or formal shoes while 3 pairs are rubber shoes. But my favorite is my Nike rubber shoes since I feel so comfortable using it. In fact, I use it daily now and I'm loving it more.

one of my friends get used to using some certain pairs of shoe in different color all year when she was a student. comfortable is the only reason for her to do this.
but now she has to take more choices to match kinds of situation.

I have 11 pairs of shoes and I wear it depends on my mood. I have shoes for my party, work, mall, for date, and for meetings. I wear it depends on the colors and styles of my dress.

I usually thought that being a show person is just a girl thing . But i eventually things thats just the term . IM a guy and for a guy i think i have a lot of sneakers. and shoes. I have at least 35 pairs of sneakers mostsly nikes cause i like nikes and at 7 dress shoes for formal aoccasions so i guess for a guy i have a lot of them
