Feel humbled?

Do you ever feel humbled when asking anyone for anything? Like if you need someone's help.
It really bothers me to act in a humiliating way. I just feel humbled if I have to go out of my way to ask for help.

yes I do but if I have to I have to so I swallow my pride and ask.
