Does this help you fall asleep? I don't really need a sleeping aid but once in awhile I might. Have you taken Tylenol PM and found that it helped you sleep? Did you ever take a generic and if so was there any difference?

I used to take the store brand PM, and it worked just as well as tylenol. I have taken benadryl before as well, and it also helped. I am not the best sleeper, and have not taken anything for sleep in a long time. I really can not afford it at the present time. Yes, I think the generic brands works just as well.

I take Benedryl every nite to sleep. Tylenol PM is just Benedryl and Tylenol combined. I usually take one (25MG) - two (50MG) of benedryl genaric to help me sleep. Works great!
