I can't stand taking a nap how about you?

I am not into naps at all. If I ever take a nap I soon wake up feeling worse then I did before I took the nap. My husband is a big napper and he doesn't understand why I wouldn't want to take a nap. I think it just messes up my own natural inner clock.

Well i dont get time to take a nap in the afternoon and if i can get home in time say at 2 pm to 4 pm and i am tired i do lie on bed and usually i sleep and sleep for 2 to 4 hours at a strech but this is luxury for me and happen only once or less than a month. But i do feel lot refreshed after the nap.

it is true that naps are meant to make people refreshed. just like a car being gassed up again...refueled and checked for oil needs. that is why it will do a lot of good for those who take afternoon naps. it restrengthens the person, to be able to do the remaining tasks of the day with sufficient concentration and calpability.

i do not only find it difficult to take naps, moneymommy. since i am suffering from insomnia since childhood, to have a good enough rest each day has always been quite a task. how i envy those people who very easily falls asleep. on those very few occasions when i am able to sleep soundly, i can always remember that i wake up feeling like i have been in heaven. yes, i do believe, too, that this sleeping habit has something to do or something to deal with that inner clock of ours. if only we know how to tinker with it, you know that i will tinker with mine.

I don't like taking naps in the winter. But summer when the days are long and lazy I love to take a nap. My family always knows I am napping when they call me in the evenings doing the summer months. I did this on the weekend because I had a job then and I worked weekdays. But weekends I would turn the air up get me a blanket and sleep the evening away.

I love naps. Its a matter of taking them. I try to take a nap but have my eyes closed for like 30 or more mins till I really sleep. I am always tired and wanting to sleep everywhere. You know I never seen women ever tired. I see them saying they are tired but never yawning or nothing. I see men and they are always yawning and always wanting to take a nap. I dont drink coffee but alot of women do. That must be how they are awake so much. All I do is drink milk thats about it. Milk makes people sleepy but energized in the morning so I am not sure which is which. Napping is like my number one priority in the day lol.

I love napping. LOL Lately, I've been so busy that I need to nap for about a half hour mid-morning in order to recharge my batteries. Things get hectic when everyone gets home from school and work, so I need all the rest I can get. My fiance is napping right now, as a matter of fact. LOL
