Is it true that you get paid for other people's responses?

I am just very curious. Some people say yes and some say no. Is it true that you get paid for other people's responses in a discussion you started? For example; you start a new discussion on apples and thirteen people respond. Do you get paid for them responding to your discussion? Thanks! :)

Yes, you do get paid for other people's responses. Like you have started a discussion and I am answering you. This will lead you to get paid some amount. I don't know how much you are gonna be paid, but yes you do get paid. Even you will get paid on adding comments of your discussion's response. Welcome to mylot.

I thought that you can't get paid by adding comments to your own discussion's responses. Good thing I always comment on the responses I get from my discussions. Thanks for the info!

We can only try and learn. One day I didn't make any posts and started andy discussions, what I did was only adding comments to the responses I got. I got paid paid for that day!

Oh really? We will get paid in other people's responses? I am not aware about this. So does it also means that if nobody responded to our discussions we don't get any payment?

Yes, you will be paid by that. Actually it is very important that we create a very interesting discussions here so that we can gain numbers of responses. And also, you can earn by making referrals, it can increase your earnings because I guess if you refer someone here, automatically you will be earning 25% of thier earnings here. Quite interesting right? But believe me, I am already 3 months here in mylot but still I don't have any referrals. Happy posting!

As far as I can tell, you get nothing for starting a discusion that no one responds to. If someone responds, then you get paid something but I don't think you get any additional payment for more than one response. However, the amount you get paid is supposed to be determined by the quality of your posts, both discussions and responses by some special undisclosed algorithym, so getting a lot of responses to a discussion you post may increase your payment because it may serve to indicate a high quality discussion.

Yes, I have heard that you get paid for responses, but far as I have heard it's only significant if you have more than 10. Sadly, most of my discussions do not get very many replies. I try to start them on interesting subjects, but there are so many discussions on here that they are easily overlooked.

I really have no idea about that. But if its true, then that's great! All I knew is, when you create a discussion and someone replied to it, then you will get paid. Even just one mylotter will reply. You get paid through discussions you created and responded.

well i guess so , coz obviously tht is how posts start. so v vil surely get moeny for people responding to discussions. well some discussions ofcourse dont have any replies. so tht discussion becomes a total waste. in mylot, it all depends on wht v write and how good it is i think. replies are good and are needed for one to earn money.well all the best and have fun with mylot

Yeah from what I understand you do get payed for people's responses but I think you only get paid a lot if you become a successful post like in the top.

well i think we must try am i right? im trying to trust mylot, and i just post something that i know or maybe some picture. and about a discussion, well you must try it to porve it yourself. some people say no, because if they say yes, they affraid that they will have another competitor maybe. but i don't know the true reason, so you try it yourself.
