How do you ease the pain?

Okay, we all have different ways to medicate ourselves when we're sick, depressed, or just plain out hate the world... I know I have a lot of different ways to medicate myself during these times. Sometimes they are not the greatest ways, but sometimes it's the only thing that helps in those kind of situations. What do you do to ease the pain? Does it help, or does it make the situation even worse?

Rosemary essential oil is great for headaches. Just dab some on your fingers and rub it into your temples. Headache gone. Works for me everytime.

I often get toothache and asthma. When I so tired usually my toothache will recurrence. If it happenned, then usually I just do some soft message at my neck under ear for about 5 minutes. When my asthma recurrence, I just do exhalation practice to make calm x'self
