Anyone Pick Jack?

Does any one here do Pick Jack? Sometimes I make up a question and when it get to the test the question part it says my Right answer is wrong. I have been able to post some working ones, but some no matter how many times I try some just don't work right. Does anyone else have this problem? Do you know why it happens? Does anyone know what the rating percentages mean? Is it the amount of people who said it was good or bad or is it part of the amount people got right or wrong? Do you enjoy Pick Jack?

I have been a member of PickJack for a couple of weeks. I think it is not worth the time as you have to be very active every day for a chance at only 30 cents per payment. Most people think it is a waste of time. When you post a question and check it, it does say it is the wrong answer but when you submit it and answer it, it says it is the right answer. Also, most questions on the site are repetative and ridiculously easy. For instance, one question is how many seconds in a minute?

I do agree that a lot of the questions are ridiculously easy. I try to post at least moderate to hard questions, not easy ones. I have noticed some questions to have the wrong answer. I guess you are suppose to let it go, but I really want to let them know that they have the wrong answer. Thank you!

Hey Jake, thanks for the honesty out here in Webland! It's good to know what sites are a waste of time. I'll just keep MyLotting!

Its a glitch in the test question part, I have found. Just make sure you have the right answer checked and submit it, it will work fine. There is a problem with posting a top question though for a lot of pickjack users, posting a top question does not work as it will not submit. I have not been able to post a top question since I have been there and no one seems to know why that is.

Oh, good. I will try to submit them anyway. I haven't gotten to being able to post my own top questions yet, since I kept getting the answer problems and didn't post them. But, thank you very much for letting me know ahead of time. Thank You!

I've been a member nearly 2 weeks now and have only had the top question issue the past 3-4 days or so. I have reported it and urged everyone I know to report it so hopefully they will get it fixed in short order.

Pickjack - Pickjack is an interesting website.
I am a member of Pickjack. I found sometimes there may be a technical problem in this website. At least I can't post my own question. I have to answer others' questions and therefore post a relating question according to it. I like Pickjack as it's very interesting to think out new questions. In fact I am like you, I still have many questions about Pickjack. I don't understand why my earning will drop down if I don't work hard for it within a day. As I think it should remain the same:) I love China

No, I have never rates anybody's questions negative. If you don't believe, you can try this way. Not to answer and post a question in Pickjack for a whole day. You can see your earning will be decreased next day.

Your earnings drop if you answer questions incorrectly or if you are rated negatively. If you post quality material, just like here on mylot, you shouldn't have that problem, though there will always be a few jerks that rate things negative.

I just noticed that they take your money away just for not doing as much the next day. That is not right! Hey, I think I messaged you on pickjack about when China's year starts :o)

First heard about PickJack on this site. I tried it out like a lot of you and are experiencing the same problems. Like this site it is a lot of work for very little. But what gets me is that your amounts go down yet like others I post questions and answer questions. Then how about those bad questions that you answer correctly but they have the wrong answer. Why do those count against you. The site does not give any good and clear explanation as to how to make money. I must admit some of the questions are good but many are poorly entered. Like another responder, once I hit the payout, I'm out!

There is a Report this question link. You use that to dispute it. You can report it as math or not fitting the category or whatever and there's an other choice you can say it's wrong in the edit box there.

This is where I heard about it too. That is what someone else said, that the amount goes down. That is disappointing, especially since I only made like 11 cents on the first day. Yeah, I was disappointed that the questions that were made with the wrong answers were counted against me, when I really answered them correctly. They should have some kind of answer dispute button or something. Yes, some of the questions are worded like people are illiterate. At first I thought it was because the person might have been from a different country that didn't speak english as a first language. But, then I saw several authors were from the U.S. Thats not good. :o) Though my keys on my keyboard stick and drop letters, so maybe that is the problem for them :o) Thank you!

I signed up at Pick Jack some days ago, and I enjoy answering and asking questions. I think is fun and at the same time I learn something new. In the beginning I was very confused because my earnings didn't update for two days, but now I finally have some money in my account and it seems that they do update the balances, but not as often as they say they do. I get the same result if I test my questions before I submit them, but when I have submitted them there is no problem, so I don't think we have to worry about that. As far as I understand the rating tells you if people think that the question is good or bad.

In one way I don't think you should be able to change your rating, but in another it is good. I have answered a few questions that I knew my answer was right and even looked it up to confirm and the poster had the wrong answer so I got the question wrong. In those cases I rate them negative. I also rate questions negative if it is worded in such a way that you have difficulty figuring out just what the question is.

Yeah, I noticed that it doesn't update as often as it says (every 6 hours.) I kept checking and it always said 0 and I was a bit disappointed, but I woke up the next morning and I had a balance. So, I ignore the every 6 hours thing. That is what I though, about the ratings, but my first question got a rating of 65%. The question was similar (but not the same) to others that received 100% rating. It was a harder question though. Unless, the peope who got it wrong switched their rating to bad after they got it wrong?! There was several people who answered wrong. Thank you for your hep!

This happens to me alot. Some days it works some days it doesnt. Pickjack jsut seems to be getting slower and stuff. But other people think its because alot of people are joining it. But some sites I have been to went slow because it was closing down, so I am not sure about pickjack. I am gonna quit it once I get my cashout this week. The percentages dont mean much I think. All that matters is how many people answer your question, then you earn more. I set up 2 questions the other day and made 10 cents. I ansered like 400 questions and only made 4 cents makes me think this site aint worth it. I dont know how they calculate everything, but I know you lose your earnings if you arent active on it. Some people have recieved emails about being paid but have not received payments. Some have received so I am not sure I am gonna receive. There seems to be more and more problems with pickjack everyday. God only 3 days till payout I hope they actually payout.

I've made almost $2 and I haven't even done 200 questions. Must be some rotten luck for you. But don't trash Pickjack. They are very new and I'm guessing they didn't realize how fast they'd gain popularity. They have over 1000 members already and myLot is constantly sending them more, not to mention other places. Don't give up on them. I've already suggested a server upgrade to them. Maybe if others do too they will consider it.

Hmmm... thanks for that info. I can't tell how slow they are, because the area I am in I am stuck with sloooow internet, no DSL. Every site is slow :oP. 400 questions, 4 cents, yuck! I thought they were new, but I guess new doesn't mean they can't go down. Thank you for your help! I will have my fingers crossed that you will get your payment! :o)

I don't Pick Jack. In fact, this is the first I have heard of it. My brother-in-laws name is Jack. If someone asked the question, who is the family mostly like to be in trouble with the law, I would pick Jack. Welcome to myLot, onedaysoon.

I think the ratings are how many people rate you positively, but I'm not sure what that other percentage next to your post number is. As for the testing saying it is incorrect, it isn't. It's a bug. Look at your questions when you test them. The text says you've answered incorrectly, but there are + and - symbols next to the answers. If you answer incorrectly, there will be a - by your answer and a + by the right one. If your answer is correct, there will only be a + symbol. If anyone here happens to use a screen reader like many of my friends do, then just ignore the incorrect warning. Most likely if you chose the correct radio button, the answer is correct. Definitely report that to them though so they can fix it.

as long as you get a green + the rest will work, that is a bug that says incorrect, only when you put the correct answer in the first spot will you get a correct, ignore it

I will have to watch for that. I never noticed whether the +'s or -'s were wrong or right. Thanks!

The problem with pickjack is that if you´re not very active there the money you already made start increasing. And this is not fair. I noticed that I had enough for payout some days ago and as I didn´t go to the site these days it increased and now I have not enough money for payout. It´s not fun to see your effort disappears.

I just noticed that today! I was mad. I was thinking I was seeing things. I swore I had .25 cents, then today I only had .20 cents. That is NOT fair!!! If I knew that I would have never started. I spent all that time on there for pennies and they took them away, just because I answered 1 or 2 less question. Though I did ask more question that day?!

I just answer as many questions as I can and ask a good question when I can. I find some of the answers are wrong so I report them. There are a lot of grammar and spelling mistakes so I assume there are a lot of people who do not understand english very well are using the site. I have used the site for several weeks and you do not get a lot of money but the do pay right away when they say they will. Not a big money maker but an interesting site nonetheless. There seems to be lots of bugs in the site yet to work out.

I recently started pickjack and I must admit that I havent really posted a lot. However like you I have the same problem with posting aquestion that I know is right and just when I am about to test it ,it tells me that it is wrong .Like I said I havent been there long enough and so I was wondering about the percentage thing too.Maybe I will get the pickjack thing but right now I dont quite get it yet

Yeah They don't seem to have much support. They have a FAQ, but it doesn't have many questions, at least none that talk about the details of how it works. Thanks for responding! :o)

Rating percentage means how much people have liked your question. I am currently working on pickjack . It doesnt pay good money if you just enter any question that comes in mind but the question has to be interesting, unique or catchy in some way for many people to vote for it and also give good rating.

I have a few easy ones in my network, not really ones I asked but ones people attached to mine, and I looked at the ratings and most of them are not 100%.

Thanks for the tip, I wasn't sure how or what determined it. I figured that slightly more challanging questions would be better, but there is so many super easy questions on there. Thanks!

Earnings in Pickjack are quite low. And this make site even worse; site is sooooo slow! I had 37 points and 0.006$ but then I came back week later and I had only 0.003$. The work you do doesn't afford it.

I was quite happy with them, until today I saw my earnings disappear for no reason. Not happy :o/!
