Blogger Templates

Anyone know how to get another template on Blogger instead of the ones they have to choose from? I would like to have one with 3 columns. Or at least something a little different in color and style than what they have... I am a novice so don't go over board or I won't understand, but would appreciate your comments!

i did used blogger template from www.blogtemplate4u.com. bacause i think they have a free premium blogger template for us.

Free is what I am looking for and plus it is with Blogger so I will check this out..thanks so much!

template4all.com is great! I found one I like, and saved the template. Now... I open my blog account and how do I get that to be the template to create a new blog on?
