The best and healthiest dessert I could recommend would be fruit salad. You can eat as much of it as you want as it is good for you. You could have a little ice cream with it or something similar. I'm not really a big fan of sweet foods so it has to be my favourite.

Hi~! Well, I'm quite fond of sweets myself but I also do love flavored yogurt, though I'm afraid that that's as healthy as I can get. Or you can go for actual fruits?

Hello oyenkai! I also love sweets. Honestly, I have a sweet tooth that's why I love desserts. I don't know how to cook or prepare it but I guess for me, the healthiest is fruit salad. My explanation is that almost all nutritious fruits are there especially banana (I saw on tv that banana is the most nutrituous fruits) plus the milk on it.

I do a dessert that is made up of muesli, fruit yoghurt, freshly chopped fruit, honey and some light custard. Layer it in a glass dish or even a dessert glass for individuals desserts. Put a strawberry on top. Very yummy and healthy.

Dark Chocolate is good just read the label before buying them because some contains a lot of fat. Gelatin with fruit is also good and as for other desserts try substituting the sugar with honey. Of course fresh fruit is still healthy.
