Being Like Europe

Do you want to be like Europe with high taxes and unemployment? Do you think the government should be in charge of banks or be telling businesses what they can and can't do as far a paying their employees? Has the government ever taken over anything and it come out better than before? We are becoming a socialist country and I believe we could be heading towards our downfall if we (the people) don't do something about it.

I personally think that most of these companies should be allowed to fail rather than bail them out. The government won't do that with the banks because it would cost them too much in the way of FDIC funds to insure their accounts.

The real kicker here is that the majority of American people don't want this. Voyers are contacting their Reps and saying no. But I bet it will go through anyway. These freaks in Washington (Pelosi, Reid, Frank) know better than us and will do whats best. Americans are too stupid to know what they need. I sure am glad I am poor......

This is a good reason for term limits, so we can get rip of people like Pelosi and Reid, because you know their constituents won't vote them out.

America is not a truly capitalist country but if it were, we probably wouldn't be in this mess. America has been in decline for awhile and Europe is not far behind. America is headed for something disastrous though. When people start fighting for work and they can't feed their children, there will be blood. If I was an illegal, I'd be heading back because they are going to be first people targeted. Next will probably be the men on Wall Street.
