What are some great ways to get some abs I'm thin ,but would like to tone better ,and try to have some abs if I can .

You have to have a good balance of abdominal and oblique exercises. The abdominal exercises will strengthen and tone your core, and oblique exercises will pull your abs tight horizontally for a flat stomach. Abdominal exercises for example are situps and typically involve a rotation forwards and backwards. Any exercise that involves a side to side motion will work your obliques. An easy way to get a flat while at work is to suck in your stomach like you're wearing a really tight pair of pants and sit up. Also try walking around like this. You should notice good results soon if you do other exercises as well. Try standing against a wall and rotating back and forth with a weight. Keep your hips from moving and you will really feel this in your abs. Hope this helps.
