Employee or your own business?

In the time of this recession, i wish i could have my own business.
How about you friends, are you an employee and affected by cost cuttings and recession or you are happy business man, who atleast can stand in the crisis.

Right now I am employed in a private company but how I wish I have my own business to run. It is better to have your own business than be employed because you can do and decide what's best for your own business and increase income not like if you are just working you cannot demand any pay raise.
