i was out of my workplace in a week because of my mouthsores.i have three to four of them in a year. from my research mouth sores or mouth ulcers are caused by an overreaction of the body'd own immune system. factors that appear to provoke them incude stress, fatigue, illness, injury from accidental biting, hormonal changes, menstruation, and deficiences in vit B12 aND iron. among these causes, i had identified three: which are stress, fatigue and deficiencies in v12 and iron. some lessons that i earned from this painful trauma in my life are the following: that i shoud have my regular food supplements, get ample rest because i think i spent so much time looking on how to eran money that i forgot to think that i am not a robot and still a biological being that needs rest and lastly, i should refrain or avoid things that can stress me. what's your opinion on this pal?

I saw an interview on TV with a doctor who has a column in a magazine where people could write in with their problems, when someone wrote in about mouth ulcers a reader wrote in and said it can be a simple matter of changing your toothpaste, the doctor thought this sounded doubtful but he ecperimented with it and he said it actually worked....

I only have mouth sores whenever i accidentally bite my lip. I don't usually get sore from lack of Vitamins or so. But since you said that you might have gotten this because of stress, i think you need to relax more and take anti stress tablets or multivitamin tablets. Have a healthy lifestyle. I don't know how's your eating habit but I'm a vegetarian and i like to eat fruits a lot and drink fruit juices too, so maybe that's the reason why i don't get mouth sores even the whole year if i didn't accidentally bite it.
